League Football Education provides information, advice and guidance for personal development. Through face-to-face delivery and resources, apprentices receive opportunities to support their performance, well-being and transition.
LFE’s funded mentoring programme is available to all clubs. The programme includes mentoring workshops for first and second-year apprentices, delivered by a Personal Development Mentor. It examines personal development, identity and self‑awareness, progressing toward the development of characteristics and skills essential for growth.
