Plan A

Plan A is LFE’s player care commitment and provision to support holistic development in academy football. The mission is to inspire young people to reach their full potential within football and in life.

Every activity LFE undertakes or funds in player care is designed to engage, enrich or empower the young person.

LFE’s Plan A campaign aims to facilitate and highlight how clubs implement and achieve personal development outcomes for academy players.

The campaign approach and the associated funding intend to:

• Improve and build on single workshop impact.
• Be more meaningful, longer term and sequenced.
• Provide developmental outcomes across individual characteristics, acquisition of life skills and coping with change and transition.
• Gather and disseminate learning and success back to the club network.
• Build LFE relationships with club staff and players.

LFE will reimburse the club £2000 upon:

• Successful delivery of the campaign outlined in your submission and formally approved by LFE.
• Receipt of a creative submission documenting the campaign and its outcomes.
• Evidence of receipts and an invoice up to £2000.
