We aim to:
- Build an environmentally friendly work culture through training and communication.
- Minimise waste, pollution, and resource consumption.
- Promote sustainable purchasing and recycling practices.
- Integrate sustainability into our curriculum and encourage apprentices and learners to champion sustainability in their clubs.
Where possible, LFE ensures that:
- Purchased paper contains recycled content.
- All paper, card, cans, and plastic waste are recycled.
- Office cleaning uses environmentally friendly products.
- Printers default to black-and-white printing.
- Screens and lights are switched off overnight.
- Ink cartridges are recycled.
- Company car users drive efficiently to conserve fuel and, where feasible, use video conferencing to reduce carbon emissions.
