At LFE, we take our responsibility as both an employer and training provider seriously. We are committed to complying with all current legislation and ensuring that employees, apprentices, and visitors can work and learn in a safe, healthy environment.

Our Board and Senior Leadership Team place health and safety at the heart of everything we do. We recognise that creating a safe environment requires collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including our staff, football club staff, apprentices, learners and subcontractors.

To maintain the highest standards, we regularly monitor and support health and safety practices at clubs through specialist consultants. We also actively promote health and safety throughout the apprentice journey – from a comprehensive induction at the start of the programme to ongoing progress reviews, life skills sessions, and engaging digital and print resources.
