“Sam consistently demonstrates an exceptional work ethic, approaching every task with determination, focus, and a genuine drive to succeed,” Jackson told LFE. “One of his greatest strengths is his resilience; he embraces challenges with a positive mindset and shows the perseverance needed to overcome them. This outlook, coupled with his consistently positive attitude, makes him an excellent role model for his peers.
“Academically, Sam’s achievements are truly outstanding. He has attained distinctions in every assignment across both years of the course to date, an impressive accomplishment that highlights both his ability and dedication. His work is consistently of an exceptionally high standard and is frequently shared as an exemplar with other learners, reflecting the care, effort, and attention to detail he applies to all tasks.
“Alongside his academic success, Sam conducts himself with maturity and professionalism at all times. He is polite, respectful, and well-mannered, fostering strong, positive relationships with staff and fellow students alike. His communication skills are excellent, and he contributes confidently and thoughtfully during lessons, enriching the learning environment for others. His exemplary attendance (97.7%) and punctuality further demonstrate his commitment and reliability.
“Beyond the classroom, Sam continues to exceed expectations. His voluntary work at a local primary school, supporting after-school clubs, highlights his willingness to give back to the community while developing valuable leadership skills. More recently, he has proactively secured paid employment as a community coach with CUFC CST, a clear indication of his growing confidence, professionalism, and desire to apply his skills in real-world settings.
“As Sam prepares for the next stage of his journey, his motivation remains exceptionally strong. His application to study Sports Business & Management at university represents a natural and well-suited progression, aligning perfectly with his ambition, character, and passion for sport.
